Bonn, 19 July 2013: Deutsche Post streamlines the structure of its online
marketing subsidiaries The subsidiaries nugg.ad, intelliAd and optivo will continue
to cover the attractive display, search and e-mail marketing channels. For
business reasons, Adcloud GmbH, acquired in 2011 by Deutsche Post as a startup
company, will cease its operations by the end of 2013. All existing customer orders will be honoured fully and to the usual high quality until then.
